One thing to keep in mind: our waist measurements are going to be higher than our fat would make them do to loose skin.
So, if you are only an inch from healthy and you know you have an inch of loose skin, I'd say you were healthy.
I'm "slender and healthy" but, if I got PS, I'd be "extremely slim". I'm right on the line.
