Xpost: Product Alert! Gatorade G Series Recover 03

Recently while at a local gas station I came across the new Gatorade protein drink. You may or may not be aware that they released a protein shake available in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry awhile back. Now they have a more juice like offering that isn't so thick.

Well this new beverage is more along the lines of isopure. The good news is that so far I've tried the strawberry and strawberry kiwi and they were amazing! Very little after taste and pretty much just tastes like gatorade. And the stats are nothing to scoff at!

It is a protein blend and I'm not sure about the bioavailability of the product but hopefully someone a little more knowledgeable can chip in on that front. I know that it is Whey and Casein protein used. Whey is great but I don't know about Casein, Whey is listed first on the ingredients list.





For those of us that workout, I think this product is pretty decent despite the 12g of sugar in the entire bottle. What do you guys think?

That looks pretty solid and the Cassien protein is the best for pre rest protein. I'm gonna run out and try a few. I've been using the 26 gram protein shots but this will be a nice break at 16 grams a pop. Awesome, thanks for posting.

 Are they making gels now too? I saw a print ad and it looked like there was a gel for endurance workouts. That I'd be interesting in trying!
