Got to brag!
Got 60 miles in on the bike -- took 3:30 (not brag worthy) and I'm tired and sore and wondering how the hell I'm supposed to run BUT...................I had zero, none, nada, zip nutritional issues on this ride! I'm praying I can repeat the process.
Started the gu's really early, about mile 10 and bought Gatorade around mile 40 (total of probably 100 oz for the ride). Feels great to just be sore and NOT be sitting here with a blood sugar of 50!

GREAT NEWS BRO!!!!! Now you can focus JUST on fitnss rather than having to deal with nutrition. That's gotta be a relief!
