I did Yoga at lunch. You know that thing were you put your legs onto your arms and balance just on your arms? I finally was able to do it! (For a few seconds anyway.)
Track workout in the evening. I took it VERY easy, only got in 2 miles of actually running plus another .5 mile of walking. I still hurt this morning though.
