Mine started with a 2.4 mile swim in 1:09 and change. Nice and steady. A run later tonight. WHAT DID YOU DO????

 Lots going on today, hit the gym early
10 min treadmill 4.6-4.9, went .77
v-grip pull downs, row with weights, back extension, knee lifts  x2
10 min treadmill 4.7-4.9 went .78
chest press, db flys on ball, push-ups on bosu, sit-ups with ball x2
10 min treadmill 4.7-5.0 went .80
hammer curls w/rope, bicep curls, bicep curls with bands, ab machine  x2

I am so proud of how far I have come with my running.  When I started I could only "run" at 4.2 and now I can run consistently at 4.6-4.7...I just can't get over it...I love my new body and I love my new health.
Thanks to everyone who keeps inspiring me...keep it up!!!

drove to FL yesterday (so yesterday was a "rest" day).... today i did a nice and easy 32 miles on the bike with my father, somewhere around 2 and 1/2 hours....  
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 2.4 in 1:09, damn you fish people!!!  I was feeling so good that I got it done in 1:24 a couple weeks ago -- hoping on 1:15-1:20 in CdA.
We'll see how far I get on the bike today -- hoping for 60+

6 mile run b4 work. 40 mins of weights at lunch - arms,abs,shoulders. Feeling pretty good so I'm thinking another 3 miles after work and see if I can get 1 mile out of my son. I am slowly getting him to move a little more each day.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 4.2 miles in 40 minutes and a killer back and bi workout.  Hoping to be 100% back to the marathon plan by next week.  I think I need to tweak it a bit though.  By the way, those spenco inserts - holy crap what a difference!  So much for my $150 custom inserts.

 I just placed an order for a couple more pairs.  4.2 miles and I don't even feel like I did anything.  What a nice feeling!

Good workout this morning (well, not compared to you guys....), but for me it was! 20 minutes walk/jog on the treadmill, then 25-30 minutes in the weight room.
