I found a 5K run in my hometown that benefits the Hoyt foundation http://www.teamhoyt.com/ .  I'm excited to run another 5K and love that it's right around the corner from home.  Hopefully will have my team shirt so i can debut it at this race!  Good race, good cause!

That would be wonderful! Have a great time! I'm hoping to be sporting my team shirt for my first "official" 10k Race in June.
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I have meet them a few times. Once at the Boston marathon expo and another time at the Hyannis Marathon. What an inspiring duo!
