I hope all is well with your wife and lil one bro! That's exciting...

Today I rode in The North Texas Classic Metric Century (62 Miles) however they had poor course markings and I ended up right at 69 miles. 15-20 mph winds the whole day mostly croos wind with a slight head wind, but managed to average 19MPH with almost 4,000 ft of climb. Then my wife and I went to the trail and ran 6 miles on a tough trek. Solid work today...

Scott, congrats. to you and your wife.

I ran in the One America 500 Festival Mini Marathon today.  Wind was steady at 15 to 20 mph with 30 to 35mph gusts.  I finished in 2:57...a P.R. for me.  I'll write a full report tomorrow.

Congratulations to you and your family Scott.
I ran 12-miles Saturday morning in prep for next week's half-marathon.  It felt good since we were out at 6:30am we missed most of the high energy runners.  Wish I could figure out how to drink and run at the same time.

I walked 2.1 miles. Got home and rode my stationary bike for 30 minutes. I did widowmakers on the bike.

I have decided to start training for a 5k that is being held in town on the 7th of August. Tomorrow I begin my walk/jog program. Wish me luck because I am not a morning person. I prefer to do my exercise later in the day, but it is hot in Alabama so I have to get out early.

Congratulations on the baby. Hope both are doing well.
