What an awesome way to start the morning.... 6 miles of TOUGH running on the trails. Nobody out there except me, the morning bugs, deer, a gorgeous sunrise, the sound of the stream. 1:04:00. A softball game tonight then a big weekend. WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY?/??

Mine was not quite as ambitious as yours.  It was a 4 mile run at the gym on a treadmill---yours sounds much more relaxing.  44:00 time.

No running for this old woman. My personal trainer is coming today. I'm sure I will get my butt kicked. Oh well I guess that's what I pay her for.

Couple of quality time hours in the woods with my chainsaw, splitter and a bunch of downed oaks and maples.  Best kind of workout there is.
