 P90X is a great program, as Tony says "do your best, and forget the rest". Do as much as you can, if you need to modify, but as long as you're committed you will get results. Keep me posted on your progress, I'll be starting another round next week.

I have a lot of friends that have been doing P90X and they got me talked into starting Monday with them. i'll let you know how it goes.
