What are the chances?

I moved to South Korea and all the walking I do here has really helped my body. I've lost 23lbs since Feb 19th. Now I am upping my walking but also bringing in strength training.

At this point I've lost 130lbs and have loose skin of course. I am in my mid-20s so that does help a bit with my skin bouncing back.

As I lose more weight, I see the skin sagging a little more. I wonder if toning my muscles will help that at all. Any idea? I've talked to a doctor and read articles and there are always mixed reviews. I know if I put some muscle on my arms, maybe it'l help a bit... but I wonder if it would even be noticeable. I also want to tighten my stomach and the inner thigh.

Thanks all for your thoughts!

People typically can't add enough muscle to fill out the loose skin. There is really only one option and that is plastics.

That's great! Lesser amount of weight and have less loose skin might have tumescent laser lipo as an option for skin tightening. Consult with your doctor to find the right solution for your needs.

I have some pix on OH (look on my profile page) that show what having muscles in your arms can and can't do for loose skin.
