Nurses Fun Run

I decided at the last minute, yesterday( only because thats when I found out about it) to sign up for the Nurses Fun Run 5k this morning. Holy cow I had to be there at 530 which for me meant that I had to get up at 4 Am. A very rocky trail with some killer ass hills. I am so proud that I did in in 29:29!! That beats my last 5k.  Only problem that I had with this race was that instead of doing age groups( I may have stood a chance) they just did the overall top 3 in each gender. The winners of the females were the young soldiers( old enough to drink?). They each did it in like 19 minutes. WOW!!!!

congrats!  sounds like a pretty cool race, despite the early morning, were you running in the dark?
