I had to get out for an early one today as I have to work a 16 hour shift.  3.1 miles for me this morning.

Up at 445am for 515am cycling class.  Almost went back to bed, but decided to get my lazy butt up and do it.  A hour of quad burning....I feel great.  So glad I got up.:)

8 of the hardest miles of my life this morning. I will do my 40 minutes of lifting at lunch(chest and back) and I think I will rest until Monday. Today puts me at 40.5 miles running since last Saturday and about 4 hours of weights.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Ran 2 miles today (13:04), best time yet...walked the rest at 3% incline at 3.8, total of 3.11 miles today.
Let me clarify the time was for my mile...I am soooo not there yet...LOL

Swam 2000M this morning in a smooth 34 minutes, nothing crazy... 2-3 hour ride on the plate tonight...

rest day.... officially, i will call it a taper :)  only a week from sunday until my 70.3, i'm getting excited.

This morning was a spin class at 5:30.  After work there will be the swim workout--typically about a 500 meter swim in about 15 minutes.  Should be a nice day to be outside in the afternoon here in Alabama.

I walked 3 miles with very little running thrown in there. I also did my strengh training. I'm trying to begin running, but just don't think my knees are going to let me.

Same here with the running, but I find that jogging on the treadmill doesn't hurt my knee. I can't do the pavement, unfortunately.
