It's amazing

As most of you know I have not been very regular about my exercise lately. I've been exercising, just not the the consistency that I'd prefer. So I think back to six years ago, before my surgery and remember how hard it was to walk - not run - just walk.

I remember being amazed by people who could get out there and run 3 miles without any training to thought and that is what I did today. All the hard work and effort is still paying dividends. I did a time trial for my marathon training program and I did the three miles in 35:43 which leave me with lots of room for improvement...LOL!

I hope everyone has a great day.
