iPod + Nike

Good Morning All,

I'm just starting out and am truly impressed by the time and miles you put in here.

Yesterday I started using my 3rd Gen. Nano and although I knew it had a Pedometer, I didn't know that Nike had a related site for Runners and Walkers!!

What I've found to be really cool about this site for me is that it keeps me motivated by showing me how many steps my efforts are equal to.  So I synced my previous walks through iTunes and then the site gave me the following accomplishments:

1 Hot Dog
1 Hamburger
Engouh energy to move a car 100 ft.
2 sets of steps equaling a 100 story building.

It also includes the regular stuff like, calories burned, weekly step totals and overall step totals.

For runners it has cool features like online forums, maps, progress charts and challenges.  I haven't explored those yet, but thought I'd mention it for you hard core folks!

Anyway, I just thought I'd share this with those who might be interested.
