I had another crappy workout. That makes three since Saturday's race. Not sure whats up but I will figure it out soon.

Supposed to do 4 mile repeats at 7:45 or better but I ended up doing two @ 7:47 I had a twinge in my hip during the third so I pulled up. 3.5 total with w/u and cool down.

Did a track workout with the triathalon ladies from my gym.  Ended up with 4 miles total and we ran bleachers at the end.

It's a whole different vibe doing a workout with other people...I kinda like it.  I've been mentally off for the past week - I think this was the workout I needed to get back on track!  Looking forward to Wednesday night workouts until the Tri in July.  And I found a relay team that needs a runner, so yay!!

I did a 3.5 mile run today at race pace.  Last run before my half marathon on Saturday.

Today was technically a rest day, but I did some core work, strengthening and stretching to destress.

I did my second workout of the couch to 5K.  I took the great advice from you all and concentrated on breathing.  It'll take some practice, but I'm getting it !
