Tuesday Workouts

Hope its ok for me to kick us off with this !

I did a 19 .5 Mile bike ride at an average speed of 15mph before I started work today.

Hoping for another 8/9 miles this evening after work.

Today will be stretching and ab work, and I’ll be walking around a large college campus tonight for a couple hours. Probably brisk pace, but still able to talk.

8 mile run in 77 minutes. 40 minutes of weights - chest/back/abs.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 I tried to beat my length today but was not able to.  I did however run my mile in 13:09 and at about 1.5 noticed I had been running at .5 incline, so I ran for 30 min with about 3 min of walking and then walked 10 min at 2.5 incline at 3.8.  Did some stretching before and after and also did some ab work.

Today I'll have to split things up a little. Working all morning at the Post Office, so I couldn't do my early morning workout as I like to do. I have a lot of work to do this afternoon, so I'll have to just take a break during my work and take a bike ride, and get to the gym this evening.

I went out for 8 miles, pussed out and ended up doing 5. Oh well.
