It's time for me to get serious! While I've been running I've found too many excuses to be very consistent. I've signed up for a six month marathon program and since I've done these programs before I know it will give me the discipline to run on a regular basis. I'm super excited!!

Way to go!
Do you have a specific race lined up after the training?

Way to go Mary. Good move. Not saying that it will be right for everyone but I have a streak that is going on 6 months and has really helped with consistancy and eliminated those days where I debate if I will run or not. Glad you found something to kick your butt a little.
