Heart Rate Help Please
This is my personal heart rate exercise suggestions according to the docs, but I usually work out in the 155-165 rate
So, do you think that's hurting me? 134-153 seems so low.... What do you think?

- 0 - 96 bpm* Warm up
- 115 - 134 bpm Weight Management & Endurance Building
- 134 - 153 bpm Weight Loss & Improving Cardio Fitness
- 153 - 382 bpm Anaerobic. Don't stay here too long.

looks good! I would def try to keep the heart rate under 382 BPM! I believe the heart would explode at about 225 for most people...

I know that made me laugh too! 382, why even put such a ridiculous number- but thanks for the advice I'll try to keep it down.
