I start the couch to 5k tonight !!!
Good luck, and remember it's not a race to get through the program.
It is absolutely o.k. to repeat a workout or a weeks worth of workouts if you aren't ready to progress to the next one.
Stay motivated, keep moving and make this an exercise routine that you can and will succeed with.
This is a great program. The first time I did it I started with a walk of 3mph and a run of 4mph, that seems so long ago. I have repeated it a couple times increasing the speeds. I'm doing it again right now with a "walk" speed of 6 mph and a "run" speed of 7.5 mph. Interval training is a great way to get started and to make progress.
Have a great workout tonight.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
I have heard of this. I am excited to see how it goes for you! This posting cracked me up, though, because I just blogged about how to exercise ON YOUR COUCH! But I did say that it's pretty hard to do cardio there. You kinda have to get off your couch to really get moving. But I wrote a couple article about how to do abs and triceps on the couch. Thinking of writing more... Hm... Here's my blog! http://www.fit2bmama.blogspot.com
