Monday Workouts

 I ran 8.35 miles today.  I kept at it even though my knees were bothering me and my legs felt like they were encased  in cement.

40 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including sets of 70, 25, and 25 for the pushup challenge (70 was to exhaustion)

65 minute spin on the stationary bike, 5 min warmup then 20 sets of 1 min sprint, 2 min recovery intervals, total distance 27.55 miles

30 min brick on the TM, 3.55 miles (10 min 7.0 MPH, 10 min 7.5 MPH, and then 10 min 7.0 MPH)

7 minutes walking on TM for cooldown.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

HUUUUUUUUUUUGE PR for me today!!!! 2.4 Mile swim in 1:05:34. Yeah baby!!!!
