How does one feel after Surgery as far as exercise is concerned

sounds like you've been on your way to being healthy for awhile now. That sounds wonderful. It's funny but I got approved for a 7 night stay for my surgery. I'm hoping that they just did that to err on the side of caution? I sure don't want to be in the hospital that long. I figure 2 days should be plenty. How long did you have to stay in the hospital when you got operated on and how long was it before you were off liquids?
Thanks,
Lawrence

I was in overnight. About 36 hours total. My program keeps us on liquids for 2-3 weeks and then softs for 2-3 weeks but I was on softs for longer because my hiatal hernia repair made it hard to get some foods down so my surgeon wanted me to take it easy.

I thought it would be something similar to that. But I guess that's what I expected. I
I'm sure in those first several weeks you probably lost a few pounds just from being on liquids and softs. Today I go see the Doctor and then go to the hospital for pre-admittance clearance so we are moving forward!
