Redemption
Ok everyone heard about my uber crappy run on Wed. I took everyones word that sometimes a run will just go to hell. I made some adjustments to my gear and more importantly my TUDE and ran again yesterday. On the airbase they have this nice trail that follows the outer perimeter of the flightline(7.2 miles). I went in with the hubbs with the intention of struggling through an 4 mile run, well all that bad crap was gone and I banged out the whole 7.2 miles!! Whoooo hoo
