3 miles with my son today.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I walked from my car in the church parking lot to the congregation with a 1 percent grade and two steps up the curb. I think I got in about 60 yards and followed that up with a heavy carb load to refuel. Once I was recovered, I tackled a nice 4 hour tempo couch sit for DVR'd reruns of the office and a sandwich and sugar free lemonaid. I did wrist, shoulders and finger exercises as the wife and I played a game of phase 10. I was beat but felt recovered from my seven hours of focused activity!
