Friday Workouts!!!
Hey everybody...just peeking out from under this mountain of work for a minute...
Did a 40 minute jog/walk in my neighborhood, whew! Jogging seems to be so hard for me. It's not that I get terribly winded, it's just that my legs feel so weak after a short time. After I walk for a while I can do it again. Seems like my legs should be in better shape than that since I work out about every day, lift weights, etc....but I guess running's just a whole different animal. I'm gonna keep at it.
Have a great evening!

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
