Friday Workouts!!!

Hey everybody...just peeking out from under this mountain of work for a minute...

Did a 40 minute jog/walk in my neighborhood, whew! Jogging seems to be so hard for me. It's not that I get terribly winded, it's just that my legs feel so weak after a short time. After I walk for a while I can do it again. Seems like my legs should be in better shape than that since I work out about every day, lift weights, etc....but I guess running's just a whole different animal. I'm gonna keep at it.

Have a great evening!

4 miles on the tm in 33 minutes.  5k on Sunday I am hoping to set a PR and do it under 25 minutes.  Also worked chest, tris and abs today.  Still not right in the lungs from the bronchitis.  I sure hope next week I can get on track with my marathon training.

I did 60 minutes upper body with the personal trainer today.

But i also worked 4 hours in a child care center and lifted 2 yearolds to change diapers, or play "Airplane"  the whole time.  I can count that as a workout also right?  HA, HA!

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
