Does anyone have a Ab Rocket??

 Kathy.......LOL  you are too funny about the lower abs looking like a pack of jello.   I have had PS ( LBL ) when you have PS please make sure to research and research some more on the surgeon you choose.   Mine was way to Conservative on his skin removal and I need another TT to remove probably 5 to 10 lbs of excess skin.    That is where my obsession with my abs is coming from.    I did go ahead and buy ( Ebay ) the Ab Rocket.   I read the reviews on it and it got great reviews.   I know that I have to do exercises to tighten up the abs....but if you have problems with your lower back hurting when you do that and that machine helps you hold it up...then it will be worth it.    It did get great reviews from what I read also.    I mainly want to strengthen my ab muscles anyway and strengthen my core.

Thanks for the tips on the plastics... My surgeon is writing a referral for me in Aug. at 18 months, if I maintain...which won't be a problem!

 Good luck to you on the PS.    I had mine 3 yrs ago and It is so frustrating spending as much money out of pocket as I did and not being pleased with the results.   You don't see the final results from PS till after a year out when everything settles.    Just a word of advice about that.    Let me know how you like the Ab Rocket.
