HUMPDAY WORKOUTS!!!!

I did an hour of Zumba.
I have been keeping the calories below 1200 for the last ten days and I do not have the oomph that I usually have. My last run was 5 miles but I took several short walk breaks and I have not done that in months!

Today is swim day. I was supposed to do something short and intense so I went to my regular workout but left after 30 min. and modified the stuff to go at a faster pace.

8 minutes on elliptical, 12 minutes jog/walk on the treadmill, and 25 minutes in the weight room.

Ran three miles last night at the library.  Downhill runs are really killing my knees, so I think I'm going to stick to uphill from now on which is much easier.  After the run, I limped over to the gym and did some weights for the upper and lower back, then some stretching.

 Did a nice 13 mile bike followed by a 5k run.  Nice little brick -- lightening up a little before the half on Sunday
