I had planned a nice long bike ride this afternoon, but my pupils took longer to return to normal after the eye exam.  So, I headed for the pool where any accidental collisions would do less damage.
45-minute swim followed by strength, legs.

65 minute spin on the stationary bike (27.07 miles) w/ 9 - 1 minute sprints

45 min. eliptical level 6 this morning.  Tonight 30 minutes cross country bike level 2-18.
