50 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 10 sets of 25 pushups for the 100 pushup challenge
56 minutes swimming (2500 meters) ladder workout:

1 X 400 meter
2 X 300 meter
3 X 200 meter
4 X 100 meter
5 X 50 meter
250 meter cooldown
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 35 minutes on the bike and 1.5 hours of weight lifting. 

So thankful for my DS! 1/20/2012 - SW 290/CW 155 - 1 year to lose, 1.5 years and counting maintaining!

35 minutes eliptical to loosen my legs after Sunday's run...I was still a bit sore, but better now.

My calf wouldn't let me run either. So I stayed home and watched tv. LOL

(Actually, I wrote a blog post about endurance training with a sleeve.)
