Tuesday workouts

My legs wouldn't let me run today , so I spent an hour in the weightroom. Chest,back,and a very light leg workout and some stretching.What are you doing today?
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 Today was cardio...last time I was able to run 2.2 miles but today it was not going to happen.  I did however run my 1 mile in 13:30, ran for 1.2 miles then walked some about 1 min and then ran for a few more, but ended up walking at 3.7 at a 3% incline, then ran the last five min, then my cool down.  burned about 350 calories.  Did some abs after that...

Good move Nate. If it's not your day, it's not your day. Nice job in hiting the weights.

I did 2.6 miles on the TM -1/2 walking and some upper body lifting. Also got a good stretch in.

After a rest day yesterday, it was nice to get out on the roads and do a "quick" 5 miles at 8:56 per mile pace. I'm pretty amazed how easy it's been to gradually increase my speed!

Today was cardio for me. I ran/jogged/walked for 30min on the treadmil (1.82miles). And then did 30min on the elliptical (1.7miles), not nearly as fast or far as I normally go, but I was trying to keep my heart rate low.

wow - today was the first day I had to do all my PT exercises - i feel the burn!!!  totally count it as a workout!

 I rode 24 miles with my local bicycle club this evening.....VERY hilly!!!!  It kicked my butt.
