Is it possible that the 220 weight range is the right weight for you? How tall are you.
Have you put on a lot of muscle?
I know I hit my low weight then gained about 10 pounds of that back. I can't seem to get beyond that. It is the weight that my body seems to want to be at. Yeah I can starve off that weight, but as soon as I start eating again, those 10 pounds come right back. I doesn't matter how much or what I eat, those 10 pounds come back.
Those last few pounds are the hardest at least they were for me.
I see that you mixed up your workouts, that usually worked for me. Just adding something extra and being dilligent on my charting would always break my stall, but you are already doing this.
Good luck with your experiences, I hope you find the solution.

How the heck are you getting in 100 grams protein on just 800-900 calories a day? That's incredible in itself. Most protein that I have examined is about 80-100 calories per 20 grams of protein. Either you have hit your base weight or you need reevaluate your intake. May need a nutritionist to help you out, but I would go back to 6-7 meals per day just to keep the system churning all day long. Good luck to you.

As you can tell I had my RNY one month later than you and have been in the same quandary since June/July of last year. I have increased, decreased my cardio and calories to no avail. My body wants to be at 145 and that's it! I have tried ultra low and have lost a few pounds, but felt lousy and it wasn't sustainable. I spend between 45-60mins. running 6 days a week and get in about 1200 cals high protein of food per day. I would like to get to 135 pounds (5'8") as my ultimate goal, but it just might not be in the cards for this old body of mine. I'm starting to come to terms with it. I think a nutritionist is a good idea and then go from there. It's just too hard and one feels like "crap" if you aren't feeding your body properly.
Good Luck...Debbie
