Way to go Scott!
I'm a bit sore from my 10.46 miler this morning...and knowing the physiological effects of an ******  on reducing pain...well....    nuff said!

Congrats again, amazing time!!!!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Way to go Scott.  That's really something to be proud of.  What's next on the agenda?  You're like a bullet train and I'm more like a freight train.

Wow!! What a huge accomplishment! I cannot wait to know what that feels like....I was going to say, "the PR not the ******" but then I realized with a husband in Afghanistan...I honestly would take either! lol

Congrats that's AMAZING that is such a good time!  I can honestly say that is not a reachable time for me, but I'm just aiming for a 28 one day myself, maybe by September..........

30 is my best thus far.  Did it twice though, different races, so not a fluke!.............

I agree about the PR, ******s are EASY.  :-)
