Mouth haning open in amazement.... Awesome!!
Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning inAfrica , a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Awesome Duane, that's really cool. It just seems like once you stretch yourself, your body is capable of going a lot further, if you don't succom to the mental battle. I think just deciding to do the Rocky Racoon 100, my training went from just going out to run long distances, to really preparing to finish that race.
I saw what Dan went through last year and I think it was probably the best training video on that race I could have watched. To see what worked, what didn't and of course knowing what Dan would have done differently to complete that race.
So, good job on deciding to do that race and well wishes in your training. February is going to be an awesome race and the more the better.
