I'm starting a taper for my first HIM on Sat. but I did go to my "Tri-fecta After Dark" workout which on Mondays is mostly stretching and some core work.

HW - 225 SW - 191 GW - 132 CW - 122

My surgeon asked the question at  a conference last week, "How many people rode and walked to the conference?"  She was trying to point out that we drive everywhere, and that is one of the reasons we have become such a nation of obesity.

Having been shamed, I ran 2.75 mile to my gym, 30-minutes of cycling at the gym, 10-minute stretch, and then ran 2.75 back home.  A great workout, and didn't have to use any gas. 

So at the next meeting, I can at least raise my hand and say I didn't use my car on Monday.
