65 minute spin on stationary bike (27.59 miles) w/ 9 - 1 minute sprints @ just under my AT
30 minute brick on TM w/ negative splits, 3.75 miles (10 min @ 7.0 MPH, 10 min @ 7.5 MPH, 9 min @ 8.0 MPH, and the last minute @ 8.5 MPH)...

I did my 2nd run of consequence with my Heart Rate Monitor on the TM today (Extremely high pollen count outside = no bueno for the allergies) I ran for 1 hour, wanted to keep the HR under 145.... I ended up running 6.65 miles and my avg heart rate was 141 bpm, which I am VERY happy with. This evening I went back to the gym and swam 2 miles (3200 Meters) in 53:37. A pretty solid day...
