Stretching

Do you guys spend a lot of time stretching after your workouts? I think I'm probably lacking a little there. I don't stretch at all after my lap swims, and probably only spend 3-5 minutes stretching after my gym workouts. What do you do?

10-15 minutes of stetching b4 my morning runs , 5 mins mid morning , and 5-10 minutes b4 I lift in the afternoon.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

my trainer just has me stretching 2-3 minutes..as much as 5.  Not a TON, but more then I was doing before.

Sometimes I do a long bit of stretching when I feel sore

When I do my training he does atleast 5 minutes of training before and after.  He says the more you stretch the better you create flexibility.

I spend as much as twenty minutes stretching after a long run.  i usually stretch the back and legs for 10-minutes after my gym workouts.  Having gone through IT problems, and plantar in the past year, I have come to realize that spending the extra time is well worth it to avoid the pain.

Can I ask what you guys do for stretching before running or working out?  I've got a pretty solid stretching routine down for after running/the gym, but I don't really stretch beforehand.
