Hello everyone.  I just got back from 3.3 miles in the woods.  Not really a trail - more like a fire road.  It is a nice and crisp morning here in NE.  Hopefully everyone has a great day!

What are you up to today?

Another "quick" 3 mile run today. Got a lot of frustration in my world right now and running is a great equalizer and those endorphins gotta love "em.

Have a great Friday...Debbie

Today was a 31-mile bike ride.  About half way, I took a tumble at 19 mph, but fortunately didn't break anything.    Loved the fact that people stopped to see if the bike and I were OK.
