I am out for a slow 1.2 mile jog - really slow and easy. Then its 2 miles of lawn mowing (which I count). After we are off to little league opening day for 3 hours. Should be fun!?!

its day 4 of being sick for me.  Pretty much bronchitis has me shut down.  Want to get out and try to run, but I know thats a bad idea.  Just gotta suck it up and rest.  Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel well enough to do something.

My INTENT was to do my first 10+ mile run this morning. But for some reason, I just couldn't get going. Got up and dressed, gear on, and then sat on my bed to put on my shoes....then decided it was too cold and misty out. GOOD THING! About 1/2 hour later had major GI disturbance!  SO, I will take a 2 mile walk with the dog later.... and hit my run tomorrow.

Looks  like there's lots of ICK going around! Hope you all start feeling better soon!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Snuck in a 4.8 mile run around the neighborhood before work. Kept my pace up, as I have all week, trying to convince my legs I can run a 9 minute mile. Believe or not I think it's working!

Have a great Saturday! Debbie
