Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I did a "metcon" workout at lunch. 20 min. warm-up and then 400 jump ropes with no stopping. Well, I missed twice and had to start over. Thought I was going to throw-up after.
Bike ride for 75 min. in the PM. This week we did the "hill" route and no one was carted away in an ambulance (someone from another group was the last time we did this ride) and I still felt pretty fresh after. I was practicing my strategy for Wildflower so that was encouraging.
