Hello everyone! I am 3 months post-op from my DS surgery and have recently started working out.  Before now, I was walking daily, but now I am running and weight lifting.  I love lifting weights and could do it for hours if I had the time!

I've signed up for my first 5k run, which will be on May 23 and I am aiming to do a half-marathon in September!

Just wanted to introduce myself!!

So thankful for my DS! 1/20/2012 - SW 290/CW 155 - 1 year to lose, 1.5 years and counting maintaining!
