of c25K.  I was so apprehensive, but I finished it without stopping.  Thelalst 5 minute segment, and in particular the last minute, got my attention all right.   But I kept moving my feet and got it done.  I'm pretty excited.  Also down 90 pounds as of the a.m. since Sept. 1, 2009 band.  Today's a good day!!!!

That's great! I'm re-doing weeks 7, 8, and 9 right now after having some issues with knee's. Then it's on to marathon training. I really loved the c25k program and try to recommend it to people I meet that talk about wanting to start running.

Your doing a great job on the weight loss as well! Congrats on 90 pounds gone!!

Congrats!! Week 4 scared me the first time I read ahead... I now don't look ahead - just put on my podcast and do what they say and I haven't had to redo a week since. Am fighting a small injury right now and will probably have to redo week 7 but it's pretty much 25 min run with the 2 x 5 min warmups now so depending on how long i'm in physio,I may have to backtrack to week 6. *sigh* Keep going - it's a great programme!
