Did a 4-mile run on the TM today.  Started the first few minutes at 6.8 since yesterday wasn't too pleasant.  As I warmed up a little, went to 7.0 to the 10-minute mark.  Then increased by 0.1 every 5 minutes ending at 7.4  Did the 4 miles in a little under 34 minutes.

Nice job Linn.

I did 2.3 today nice and easy. I will do the same tomorrow and probably a real easy mile on Friday. This is gearing up for my PR attempt on Saturday.
