Today was Belly Dancing, then did the circuit weights, might head out at 4pm to do some pilates.

Yesterday was Zumba now that is a workout.

One day at a time!

Completed my weekly 10K in one hour (9:40 pace). Thought I went faster, but oh well it was a comfortable run on a nice day in So.Cal.
