ER Today
Three weeks ago I started feeling really crappy. I had a really sharp pain in my left side, was nauseated, and no appetite. The pain came and went. Yesterday I was driving home from my daughter`s soccer tournament, and the pain came back with a vengeance. Today I went to the ER. Ibelieve I have a kidney stone
I am going back for a scan tomorrow; I haven`t been able to exercise properly during these three weeks. I just want this cleared up so I can get back to running.

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Ouch! My husband had one a couple of years ago and I'd never seen him in so much pain. With a little lithotripsy, he was back to himself again. Hope you feel better soon.

"Hard things take time to do. Impossible things take a little longer."
Hope you are feeling better real soon!!!! My hubby has been dealing with them since January of this year. We've been to the ER twice and now he sees a specialist and we're waiting for them to pass. He has pain meds and is on a med. to shrink them and one to dilate things so hopefully they will pass. He is very strong, but when the stones "flare up" he is in excrutiating pain!!! Hope yours pass soon!!
