8 Months post op

Hi,Im 8 months post-op and not sure what kind of exercise I should be doing. I walk everyday and use a dumbell to do curls. I cant run cause of my knee,so Im wondering if I can get some good Ideas from you guys/gals?

walking and weights are great!

Depending on what's available to you, swimming is good for your knees (usually), and cycling (stationary or on the road).   Heck, yard work is great exercise!

What Sue said. Sounds like you're doing great already! Swimming is great for people with joint problems and it's a great workout.
