I'm still in shock, 2 miles
I still can't believe it, I ran 2 miles this morning without stopping. I used to be a runner and this is my first sign that I am back. The last time I ran 2 miles without stopping was back in 2005 when I was still a soldier in the Army. I just wanted to share,I want to stand on the roof and shout to the world.

WHOO HOO!!!! Great feeling! Congrats lady!
Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning inAfrica , a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
