Rowing machine this morning - 2322 meters in 10 minutes - felt great!!
lifting - assisted chest dip, squats, bent over row
knee lifts & knee lifts w/twists on roman chair
Arc Trainer - 20 minutes (10/10 incline, 85/100 resistance)
TM - cool down, 5 minutes
Felt like a million bucks this morning after my workout...guess that rest day was much needed!!

Ugh. My schedule did not allow for exercise today! However, I haven't taken a "day off" since last Saturday, so I guess that's okay. Having company on Saturday after work, though, so I don't know when I'll fit it in then, either! Gotta do something, though, or I'll be miserable. I think I'm hooked.
