Today was my last mile repeat day before my PR attempt next weekend.  It hurt a lot but the satisfaction by far outwieghs the pain.

 Today was chest back and bi's mixed with some cardio...feeling good...
my monthly weigh in at the gym was great...lost 13 pounds and 7 inches total off of my chest, hips and waist...

Changed it up today and did intervals. The track is 1/9 of a mile so I sprinted 1 and walked 1 for 45 minutes and then 40min on tm at 4mph 30deg incline. Lunch will be 40 mins of weights - arms day. The strange thing is I shortened my cardio this week and focused more on the weights to try to build more muscle and give my legs a rest and lost 6 pounds ??? Go figure !!! Not complaining just seems odd.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Dusted my bike off and road the 14 miles to work this morning.  Another 14 back after work.  Tomorrow it is 12 miles as I wean down from 20 mile long run last week.  My first marathon is coming up May 1st at the La Crosse Fitness Festival.

Got it done today, twice this week at gym!!  Today's focus was sculpting using some weights, bands and floor exercise.  Boy did I sweat! Tomorrow I'm going to feel it. Wed. I tried Zumba for the first time, I will get better at it.  I pushed myself to get 3 days of exerscise in and I DID IT !  Got to get my groove back, keep moving....maybe the scale will move too!!  Have a good weekend!

YUP!  I was at the gym this morning at 5:45am...I worked out until 7am feel so freak'n good right now!

My half iron plan officially starts in a couple of weeks.  Then then real work begins.

40 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including sets of 45, 45, 45, and 45 for the 100 pushup challenge.  the last set was really rough today, i'm feeling pretty run down after hitting it hard for a couple of weeks.

45 minutes of lap swimming, no idea how far, but would guess over 2500 meters.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
