Thursday Workouts

1 hr spin class (hills/climbing) followed with a 5K brick on the TM (24:54) w/ negative splits.  walked for 6 minutes or so as a cooldown.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

not gym work out, or even dog walking work out, but I was running around ALL over town and in and out of the car and walking around all day. So, I know I burned more then a FEW calories. I think I'll invest in a pedometer?? To see how many steps I take on days like that. hehe

 be careful of the slippery pedometer slope..  I remember pre-surgery just as I was getting into a routine and losing weight, I started the "I don't need to work out today, I walked a lot" system.. Didn't work out too well for me...
