boot camp schedule
Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and I'm really trying to step up my workouts because an hour at the gym isn't doing it for me anymore. I need to incorporate some workouts at home so I've decided to dust off some of my dvd's.
I have the billy blanks boot camp that still has the wraper around the dvd's but I've misplaced the suggested work out schedule that came with it.
Would anyone happen to have it?

Week 1:
Monday: Basic Training, Tuesday: Rest, Wednesday: Basic Training
Thursday: Rest, Friday:Basic Training, Saturday: Rest, Sunday: Cardio.
Week 2:
Monday: Rest, Tuesday: Cardio, Wednesday: Basic Traing, Thursday: Rest, Friday: Cardio, Saturday: Basic Training, Sunday: Rest.
Week 3:
Monday: Ab BootCamp, Tuesday: Rest, Wednesday: Cardio, Thursday: Ab BootCamp, Friday: Rest, Saturday: Cardio, Sunday: AB BootCamp.
Week 4:
