Wednesday Workouts

I just got back from a nice and easy 2.5 mile run.  My legs are feeling pretty heavy from a few tougher than average days in a row.  I am trying to figure out a game plan to maximize my effort for my PR attempt on 4-24. 

How did everyone do today?

Mornin'! I went to the Wellness Center at 6:00 and had a good workout...20 minutes on the treadmill, then mostly free weights and a few machines. Tried a new squat machine this morning, did that instead of the leg press machine. Really works the buns, which of course won't hurt me a bit...

Ran 5k in 28:08 and then did 50mins on tm at 25deg incline and 4mph. Will do 40mins of weights at lunch. Today is arms and abs.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Did 4.5 mile run with a bit more intensity today, than yesterday. Shaved two minutes of yesterdays time and all is well. Hope to get some upper body work out this afternoon. Yippee

 Just had a great workout...met with the trainer to change up my routine...and he kicked my butt!!!  My tri's are killing me...
10 min warm-up...running at 4.5
legs and abs x2
800 meters on the rowing machine and 3 miles on the bike
shoulders and abs x2
10 min on the treadmill 4% incline at 3.5
tri's and abs x2

home now and I want to take a nap...lol

I actually got to do a baby 1 mile run this morning before work (they are finally letting me try a tiny run here and there)! Then physical therapy this afternoon which is quite a workout and most likely water aerobics after that!

Did a little interval in the backyard while the kids were entertaining themselves. Dealing with sick kid's and almost no sleep, so taking today as an unexpected "rest day"

Three miles after the sun set, tonight.  My running buddy is having face chemo so can't expose herfelf to the sun.  It was a good run, although it was almost chilly.

5 miles today on the TM.  First 4 at 7.0, then up 0.1 mph every minute for the last.  Finished them in 42:27.  Felt surprisingly good today.  I would have been happy with 4 miles, but since I was feeling good, I went for the 5th.
